You look successful on paper, but inside, something feels stuck, heavy, or off.
I help leaders uncover what’s holding them back or what's leading to burnout, build self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and lead with confidence, integrity, and sustainable impact.
Whole Brain NeuroCoaching for Leaders, Entrepreneurs & Changemakers.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken or telling you what to do. It’s about uncovering blind spots, strengthening self-awareness, and helping you lead from the inside out, so your leadership is no longer performative, draining, or disconnected, but clear, confident, and deeply aligned with who you are.
I help leaders build the inner capacity to lead well, especially in the face of complexity, growth, and change.
I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are capable, driven, and accomplished, but who know they’re operating beneath their potential. Often, the issue isn’t skill or ambition. It’s blind spots in self-awareness, vision, communication, or emotional intelligence.

Navigate conflict, complexity, and tough conversations with skill and steadiness.
Create psychological safety and healthy, high-performing cultures.
Sustain high performance without burnout or disconnection.
This kind of leadership is integrative and sustainable, not performative or exhausting.
A Whole-Brain Approach to Leadership Change
My work integrates mindset, emotional intelligence, behavior, relationships, and neuroscience, because real leadership change doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from rewiring patterns, strengthening awareness, and practicing new ways of showing up until they hold under pressure.
Coaching with me isn’t about being told what to do.
It’s about discovering what’s already possible inside you, and learning how to access it consistently.
We don’t just talk about leadership. We build the inner capacity to live it.
Client Testimonials
Real words from leaders, entrepreneurs & changemakers.
“I have grown through this experience exponentially. I'm not the same person. I am confident. I am competent. I am inspired.”
— Meredith
“I found extensive value in [group coaching] in lots of big and small ways. It far exceeded my expectations. The thing that felt most life-changing was having a room full of people who got to know me, invested in me, and were able to translate my best interest back to me in an unbiased way.”
— Katie
“I had high expectations going in, but believe me when I tell you they were completely blown away. I went in to learn how to be a better leader in business… To gain tools to communicate more effectively and learn areas where I may be lacking in my leadership. What I received in those 6 weeks from Ashley was so much more than that. I learned how to communicate better with everyone, which, in turn, has deepened my relationships with friends and family.”
I didn’t start this work because I had it all figured out. I started because I didn’t.
Early in my career, I thought people were struggling because they didn’t like their jobs or the people they worked for. I assumed the fix was simple: better hiring, better personality assessments, better role fit. What I learned, through education and real-world leadership experience, was that I was naïve. The challenges leaders face are far more complex, and there are no easy fixes.
About a decade ago, I set out to understand what actually helps people grow, not just in skill, but in character, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. Not to get “softer,” but to get sharper. Real emotional intelligence has a way of stripping away what’s no longer serving us, and that’s challenging, uncomfortable, and deeply meaningful work.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in management and senior leadership roles, and I’ve seen how often great performers are promoted into leadership without being taught to lead people or themselves. Somewhere along the way, we decided leaders should just be “good with people.” But that’s not always true, especially when they haven’t been given the tools, language, or support to grow.
Today, I bring both lived experience and formal training into my work. I hold a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and I’m a Certified NeuroCoach, a Certified Coach through the Townsend Institute, 5 Voices Certified, and a Certified GiANT Guide. But more than credentials, what shapes my work is sitting with real leaders in real complexity.
I give leaders space, attunement, support, and challenge to do the hardest work of leadership, the inside work that changes how they show up everywhere else. You don’t have to carry it alone. And it doesn’t have to be lonely at the top.
